Kaiji/Kin/Kama ∞ Original Character

Once upon a time, the world grew too small for all the races living in it. As part of an attempt to find them all, various military groups got together in a campaign that they called 'Search and Rescue' (the other races called it The Branding) and found many of the hidden races out there. There was a policing incident with several of those groups in am attempt to bring them under control that would have worked save for the fact that some of the people they were trying to 'police' were right under their noses. It almost grew into a World War but then something else decided to attack first.
That something was so big, so large that the military and the Others put aside their differences in order to combat it. An army of vampires and ghouls, magic users and spirit walkers, mutants and nightmares, humans and metahumans facing against this something from the darkest reaches of space. They drove it back, and the resulting army gained the nickname of 'Freak Show' while officially being labeled as The Last Bastion.
Kaiji is a commander in that group even if he doesn't look like it. He is accompanied by his comband - dubbed Redemption but often called Red, who was once a spirit walker. In the battle, his physical form had been destroyed but he managed to link his spirit within Kaiji's comband. Kaiji himself is a young incubus, still young enough that his demonic energies haven't fully evolved. At best bet, he is more like a young adult, capable of changing into his winged bird-reptile form but still enjoying his human form too much to do it all the time.
As a commander, he leads a small strike team of like-minded Others that include a spirit walker, a soul sucker, a techowizard, a gearhead and a couple others that haven't been classified. He is also under the command of Ma'an, a priest of an Egyptian god who has been alive for longer than anyone remembers via the process of stealing the body of healthy people. His current form is that of a woman and yes, Ma'an has been trying to get Kaiji to sleep with him.
